Handling hot slag is one of the most dangerous and demanding tasks for construction crews.
Special engineering is required to create machines that can withstand temperatures as high as 600°C, so Dressta offers specially designed application packages to enable your machines to meet the unique challenges of slag handling.

Easier material handling
In the extreme operating environment of metallurgical plants, with very high temperatures and repetitive 60-minute cycles between steel pours, wheel loaders must be fully operational and available to handle both the tasks and the workload.
MACHINE PROTECTION
Dressta dozers use fire-resistant hydraulic fluid, instead of standard hydraulic oil, and all hydraulic hoses are attached with heat-protected sleeves. At the same time, lower guards protect drive train components from thermal radiation.
Protection, a priority
